Why did you choose this profession? And what makes it so enjoyable?
I enjoy the challenge of legal puzzles: every case is different, and determining the best approach is always a new challenge. The combination of in-depth research, client interaction, and litigation ensures that no two days are the same.
What is your vision, drive, and mentality when advising and assisting a client?
A client needs to know where they stand and be able to trust that I am fully committed to their case. I do not merely explain what is legally possible; I also work with them to determine the best practical solution and how we can achieve it.
What is your strength?
I frequently hear from clients that I am able to explain things clearly and concisely, that I understand the issues at hand, and that I am easily approachable.
What do you consider very important in your relationship with a client?
Trust, openness, and clear communication are essential. Clients should feel that we truly listen to their wishes and that we are prepared to go the extra mile to achieve the desired outcome. I also believe it is important to be honest about the opportunities, risks, and potential results.
When is a case successful?
When we achieve the best result and the client is satisfied.

There is a pleasant, open atmosphere in the office, where hard work and humor go hand in hand. Not only do we all share a passion for employment law, but we are also collectively driven to achieve the best possible outcome for every client. We do this by critically engaging with one another’s ideas. That collaborative spirit makes it truly enjoyable!
