Career

Our ambition is big. And we seek people who want to grow. Just like us.

Does your ambition match ours?

Labour & Law is a growing and ambitious law firm specializing in employment and corporate law. Our ambition is reflected in the way we approach our clients and their cases: we listen carefully to their needs, we use clear language, we always think in terms of solutions, we continue where others stop, and we always strive for the best possible results. Do you share our vision? Then you’ll be a perfect fit for our team.

You carry the case. From start to finish.

Working at Labour & Law, you’re responsible for the outcome from the first meeting to completion. One way or another. You’ll interact directly with the client, conduct incisive analyses, and make meaningful decisions. No bureaucracy, no detours. Just strategic and substantive work. You’ll receive a case file and the confidence that it’s in good hands. That’s why we’re looking for lawyers who demonstrate ownership, persevere, and strive for the desired result, no matter how complex the case.

Working at the cutting edge, but within a safe and open culture.

Our lawyers, paralegals, and (support) staff enjoy working with the cutting edge and using clear language. This requires a safe and open culture. A culture in which we listen carefully to each other, support each other, and help each other grow, both as individuals and as lawyers. Do you enjoy working in such an environment? Let’s get acquainted.
