What makes working at L&L fun, interesting, and engaging?
As a Paralegal at L&L, I get the opportunity to delve into (employment) law. I assist with interesting cases, gaining valuable practical experience. Additionally, the atmosphere at L&L is pleasant, and I work with very nice colleagues.
What is your vision, drive, and mentality when advising and assisting a lawyer or the organization?
I find it important to contribute to the organization efficiently and with motivation. By working well together, we can achieve a smooth and pleasant work process. I enjoy being able to help people and make a contribution; this gives me energy. This keeps me motivated every day.
What is your strength?
My strength lies in my resilience, perseverance, flexibility, and eagerness to learn. I can switch gears quickly and find many cases interesting. I am open to new opinions and insights. Is there something we don’t know about you that would be fun to share? A surprising hobby, for example.

I love traveling. Some time ago, I traveled through Asia alone for six months, during which I made friends who live all over the world. In the future, I would like to experience even more adventures like this.
