What makes working at L&L enjoyable, interesting, and engaging?
Labour & Law offers me a safe and comfortable environment where I can carry out my work independently and in my own way. It is a varied role, allowing me to combine my experience in both Finance/HR and Office Management. This combination gives me insight into the entire organisation as a whole.
What is your vision, drive, and mentality in (advising and) assisting an attorney or the organization?
Taking all non-case-related tasks off the lawyers’ hands, allowing them to fully concentrate on assisting our clients.
What is your strength?
My strength lies in loyalty and a strong work ethic. I have the desire to know everything and bring a broad experience to the table, particurlarly within the legal sector.
Is there something we don’t know about you, but that would be interesting to share?
Since November 2024, I have a dog (a “Schipperke”, named Rik) and I regularly take him out on walks and adventures. At Labour & Law I am given the opportunity to bring Rik to the office. He is always warmly welcomed by my colleagues and plays a connecting role in the team.
