What makes working at L&L enjoyable, interesting, and engaging?
For me, working as a paralegal at our firm is not only a professional challenge, but also an environment where my interests are constantly stimulated. The diversity of cases and the constant stream of new challenges keep my curiosity alive and encourage my constant pursuit of growth and improvement.
What is your vision, drive, and mentality in (advising and) assisting a partner or organization?
I am determined to continually develop my expertise and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in employment and corporate law so that I can provide the best possible support to them.
What is your strength?
My strength as a paralegal lies in my proactive and solution-oriented approach, not shying away from complex situations. Through determination and a can-do mentality, I am able to tackle even the most challenging tasks with efficiency. It gives me satisfaction to actively contribute to finding legal solutions.
Is there something we don’t know about you, but that would be interesting to share?
I have been figure skating since I was six years old. While I used to do this at a competitive level, it is still a hobby I get a lot of satisfaction from.
